Digital House W values its customers and is willing to accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt for products with hardware malfunctions that are not caused by user damage. Customers can contact us to understand the detailed return arrangements. The general procedure is as follows:
1. The product for exchange or return must be in its original packaging. Please ensure the integrity of the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty certificates, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or data. Do not omit any accessories or damage the original box.
2. Contact us via WhatsApp at 63122175 or email us at 298@digitalhouse.hk to submit a request for exchange or return. Please include the order number, the name of the product to be returned, the reason for the return, and photos in the email.
3. Once we confirm that the condition of the product meets the requirements, we will promptly notify the customer of the status of their exchange request.
Note: Products that have been damaged by user negligence or have incurred scratches and damages are not eligible for exchange or return.
a) The product you return for exchange or return must be in its original packaging. Please ensure the integrity of the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty certificates, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or data. Do not omit any accessories or damage the original box.
b) The following situations are not eligible for returns:
- Products that exceed the 7-day return period. (Products beyond the seven-day period should be handled at the brand's repair center).
- Products that have been damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damages, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.
- Returns with incomplete or damaged packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.
- Malicious or excessive returns.
4. Please note that for certain brands such as Apple, Samsung, and others, all technical issues are handled exclusively by the brand's repair centers and not through retailers. This means that the return policy mentioned above does not apply to these brands, and any technical support needs to be sought directly from the brand's repair center in accordance with their policies.
5. Cancellation Fee (Applicable only to orders that have not been shipped)
For orders that have not been shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% or $50 (whichever is higher) will be charged by our company to cover the refund processing and administrative fees.
