Order Processing

All products are provided with limited warranty service, which is applicable only to the service centers designated by the product suppliers within Hong Kong or, in some cases, on-site maintenance within Hong Kong (excluding remote areas). Unless otherwise specified with limited international warranty (generally only providing service centers in the local region, if available). If the product is not in Hong Kong and requires repair, regardless of the circumstances and reasons, it must be sent back to the designated service center in Hong Kong for inspection and repair, and all shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please note that all products have a specified warranty period.
